• 2 to 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Working knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions, and statutory leave payments.
• Comfortable with accounting and payroll software, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing to weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes, and resolve supplier discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and support month-end, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support weekly and/or monthly payroll, keeping employee records accurate and on time.
• Process statutory payments, pensions, and deductions in line with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue reporting.
• Work with HR on payroll changes and employee queries.
