Job summary

BEX Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in Dublin. You will support accurate processing, reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts in a dynamic, growing Irish-owned group with operations across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in accounts payable, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. SAP Business One experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Strong communication skills with fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Highly organised, flexible and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare and allocate supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts against statements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly aged creditor reports.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Complete intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance duties as required.

Role & Responsibilities
