Talbot Hotel Stillorgan is seeking an experienced Full-time Accomodation Supervisor to lead the accommodation department and maintain 4* standards across bedrooms, corridors and public areas. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service aligned with the Talbot Collection culture and the Empower Your Excellence program.

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day operations, rosters, and ensure H&S compliance while maintaining exceptional guest service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with ability to multi-skill.
• High level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the accommodation department.
• Supervise servicing of guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standard.
• Devise departmental rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
