Castle Leslie Estate seeks an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the accommodation team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and guest satisfaction in a historic setting.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality through checking guest bedrooms and sign off for guest check in.

• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.

• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.

• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.

• You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
