Job summary

Kinnitty Castle Hotel is seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join the Accommodation team. The role involves 2 to 3 shifts per week, with availability during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Kinnitty Castle Hotel are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our professional and highly skilled Accommodation team. If you have the relevant experience or would like to develop your career within a busy 4* Castle hotel we could have an excellent opportunity for you.

The Role:

This role involves working 2 to 3 shifts per week. It is important that applicants are available to during the week, at weekends and public holidays.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the day to day running of the accommodation department.
• Supervise the servicing of the guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standard expected.
• Service guest bedrooms and public areas as required during quiet periods.
• To devise departmental rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels in line with the business requirements.
• Ensure compliance in line with H&S requirements for both employees and guests.
• The role involves weekend work so flexibility is required.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is essential.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: From €15.25 per hour
