Job summary

The Grand Hotel Malahide is hiring an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team. You will help manage the smooth running of the Accommodation department and ensure rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a 4*/5* property, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. We offer excellent working conditions, meals on duty, staff parking and additional staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar 4*/5* property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to cope well under pressure.
• Be flexible, adaptable, approachable and to lead by example.
• Good command of English Language.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check rooms ensuring high standards are maintained in line with guidelines.
• Ensure a high standard of cleaning in bedrooms and public areas, including conference suites.
• Assist with recruitment and selection to ensure the right people in the right roles.
• Liaise with Maintenance to ensure hotel standards are consistently met.

Accommodation Supervisor - 4* Grand Hotel

We are currently hiring an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will assist the management team in overseeing and managing the smooth and efficient running of our Accommodation department.

About the Grand Hotel, Malahide:

Ideally located by the sea in Dublin's most attractive town, Malahide, the Grand Hotel is also close to Dublin Airport and the M1/M50 motorways. Our location in the heart of Malahide is a unique seaside retreat while remaining convenient to the attractions of Dublin city centre.
