Job summary

The iNUA Hotel Collection is seeking an Accommodation Assistant to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.

You will focus on attention to detail, service excellence, and teamwork, while supporting guests with inquiries and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change linens, replenish amenities, and stock supplies.
