Job summary

The Glashaus Hotel Tallaght is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to join our dynamic Accommodation Team on a part-time basis. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

You will ensure immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, coordinate room readiness, and liaise with Front Office to manage requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.
• Prepare and organise rooms, ensuring all priority and arrival rooms are guest-ready on time.
• Liaise with Front Office and Events Teams to manage lost property and log found items properly.
• Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Accommodation Manager.
• Complete special room requests, including rollaway beds and additional amenities.
• Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Attend training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping offices and storerooms, ensuring they remain tidy and well-organised.
