Mount Juliet Estate is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager in Thomastown to deliver 5* service across the Hunter's Yard Hotel outlets. This role focuses on guest experience, profitability, and staff leadership.

The ideal candidate has hospitality and F&B experience, is people-focused, and ready to mentor teams while developing operations. Onsite role with excellent benefits and career progression within a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Experience in hospitality and Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Customer-focused hospitality professional looking to progress.
• You will mentor and develop staff.
• Ability to identify operations, training and internal development improvements.
• Must have own transport; no live-in accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering 5* service across Hunter's Yard Hotel outlets.
• Help achieve maximum profitability in all areas of the business.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards in dining outlets.
• Train and maintain staff performance.
