Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate in Thomastown is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join a luxury hotel team. You will work closely with Bar & Restaurant Managers to promote offerings, and you will serve beverages in line with established standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires experience in a busy restaurant and bar, strong communication and teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.

• Experience in a busy restaurant and bar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations in a pleasant and efficient manner according to hotel standards.
• Assist Bar & Restaurant Managers in maximizing revenue through promotions and new products.
• Serve beverages in line with hotel standards and training while maintaining great customer care.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering procedures.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
