Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate in Thomastown, a Michelin Starred restaurant setting within a 5* luxury estate, is seeking a Chef de Rang to join the Lady Helen restaurant. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, deep knowledge of food & wine, and personal presentation in a historic Irish estate.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively, manage a section, and participate in ongoing training within a renowned hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5* hospitality environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

• Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
• Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
• Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to upsell and promote items by menu knowledge.

The Chef de Rang role is an integral part of the delivery of remarkable and memorable service to our guests. We are looking for experienced individuals, with passion for hospitality, to join our award winning team.
