3. Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive both brand growth and sales results.
4. Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
5. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
7. Hands-on experience in handling digital and sales KPIs, from reach and engagement to sell-out performance.
8. Creative, strategic, and passionate about consumer insights and brand storytelling.
