Trade & Field Marketing Manager (Temporary, 1-year contract)
Accountable and responsible for trade marketing activities development & engagement based on business objectives and customers' behavior/ needs and its deployment align with business process.
As the Trade & Field Marketing Manager, you will:
Business Process Improvement
- Review and improve current business process to align with company strategic direction.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platform.
- Compose the approved business process for new policy development.
Trade & Field Marketing Activities
- Develop offline or online engagement activities for our customers to sustain/increase JTI product availability, outstanding visibility, and product trial.
- Develop field brief and organize briefing session as guideline for field team on trade and merchandising implementation.
- Engage with related internal and external parties to ensure alignment and implementation to achieve business objectives.
- Actively propose alternatives/innovative/creative approach based on market practices or relevant industries.
Data Analysis
- Review & interpret data trends or customer behavior and compare data results among each region to gather the insights.
- Provide actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve KPI of projects or further improvements.
- Engage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementation.
- Have a regular conversation with associates to foster open & honest environment.
- Conduct regular check point to review progress and discuss further solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and or channel management area.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong business acumen
- Sales/Trade/Digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage international stakeholders as needed.
