About the team In this team, you will be responsible for SMB partnerships with multiple partners from various verticals and in charge of the partnership strategy creation to the partnership success evaluation. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing partnership team by establishing clear objectives, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving professional excellence.
- Design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy targeting key verticals, including Certified Trainers, Seller Ambassadors, Talent Development (Universities), and Monetized Events (e.g., Logistics, ERP) to drive platform growth and values.
- Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, guiding the team through strategic outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance tracking to ensure long‑term success.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Strategy, Category, Marketing) to align partnership initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless launch and scaling of partner programs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partnership success, ROI, and areas for continuous improvement across all partner engagements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Sector Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in one or more relevant areas: trainer/ambassador programs, university collaborations, or B2B SaaS partnerships.
- Leadership Experience: 4+ years in partnership/business development roles, including at least 2 years in a direct team leadership or people management capacity.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation and contractual skills, with experience developing monetized partnership models.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship‑building and high‑level communication skills in English speaking to communicate with internal & external stakeholders who are non‑Bahasa Indonesia speaker, with proven ability to engage diverse partners and lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-driven and strategic approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.
- E-Commerce experience.
