About the Team We are the Operation Strategy team who is responsible for performance assessment and seller management for TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Indonesia. In this role, you will be in charge of seller management, ops team performance review, and daily business analysis. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for seller operations strategy, identify portraits and growth paths of sellers at different levels, and iterate in line with the platform’s development requirements;
  • Research, design, and optimize the company’s performance assessment framework;
  • Undertake the evaluation of management costs and efficiency for sales teams, and establish a management efficiency framework;
  • Iterate seller management principles to align with the platform’s management expectations;
  • Coordinate cross-departmental resources and achieve information alignment, assist in the allocation of sales resources, etc.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in merchant operations or performance management, and strong data analysis capabilities;
  • High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, XFN, and external stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Overseas experience is a plus;
  • Experience in business data monitoring and analysis; candidates with full-time experience in dedicated business data monitoring and analysis are preferred;
  • Strong internal communication skills and execution capabilities, able to promote the smooth achievement of management objectives.
