Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented Budget Control Admin to join our team in our central Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the management accounting and budgeting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and sound financial decisions.
- Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts
- Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support the month‑end and year‑end financial close process
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and presentations
- Liaise with business units to gather required budget and forecast information
- Maintain and improve budget‑related policies, procedures and systems
- Support ad‑hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of financial reporting and budgeting software (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
