You will be working with the QPON team under our Global Brand and Product Department, which manages more than 2,000 stores across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The team is responsible for managing and optimizing Momoyo’s QPON operations, including analyzing performance data, developing strategic plans, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, monitoring market trends and activities, preparing regular reports, and resolving operational challenges. Together, you will ensure that our brand consistently remains at the forefront of the QPON platform.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management, Branding and Advertising.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data and charts, report writing, and presentation preparation.
A quick learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work six days a week at the office (Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.30; Saturday, 09.00-12.30).
