• Record & forward complaints to the relevant team (property management / building management).
• Announce regulation in Property Management or Building Management.
• Build good relationship with customer/tenant.
• Create and handle event/gathering for customer.

• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of priority experience in the related field of property/building management.
• Excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer service oriented and pleasant personality.
• Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
