Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a Zone General Manager to own end-to-end performance for a designated zone in Indonesia. You will define the Zone Strategy, drive growth and profitability, and lead cross-functional teams across operations, partnerships, and governance to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with capacity to collaborate across HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business, operations, or general management with proven ownership of business performance/P&L.
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategy and fast execution.
• Proven track record in driving results in fast-paced or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end zone performance and achieve key metrics (growth, revenue, profitability, market share).
• Define and lead Zone Strategy translating regional priorities into actionable local plans.
• Drive Zone Operations excellence across user growth, merchants, and operations.
• Act as main integrator across cross-functional teams with regional and HQ alignment.
• Identify market opportunities and expand ecosystem partnerships (government, merchants, communities).
• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team with ownership and execution discipline.
