Job summary

Fresh Factory in Indonesia seeks a Regional Lead Manager to oversee and drive operational performance across the assigned region, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control. You will lead cross-functional teams to meet targets and support business growth in Bitung.

Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, service levels, safety compliance, and data-driven performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall operational activities within the assigned region.
• Ensure operational performance, productivity, and service levels meet company targets and KPIs.
• Monitor warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, inventory, and operational processes across the region.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze regional performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Commercial.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to ensure business continuity.
• Manage regional manpower planning, workforce productivity, and team development.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance reviews, and business updates to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional teams to achieve business objectives.
