Job summary

PZ Cussons Indonesia is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive targets across the Jakarta area. You will oversee distributors, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure execution of assortment, visibility, promotions and in-store activation.

You will coach Area Sales Managers and field teams, analyze performance and market trends, and devise action plans to accelerate growth. The role requires English proficiency, strong negotiation and administration skills, and 5–7 years of sales

Qualifications

• Experience handling distribution channels.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales Targets
• Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned area.
• Manage Distributor and Customer Performance
• Strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.
• Lead and Develop the Sales Team
• Coach, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams to improve capability, productivity, and engagement.
• Drive Execution Excellence
• Ensure consistent execution of assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.
• Monitor Business Performance and Identify Opportunities
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to develop action plans that accelerate business growth.
