Job summary

A Bali-based company is seeking a practical and proactive IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT systems, support employees with technical issues, and improve business software infrastructure.

The role focuses on administering the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, and other Zoho applications used across the business. It requires understanding processes, implementing automations, and owning the company’s IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, IT Support or similar.
• Hands-on Zoho administration and configuration.
• Experience with Zoho CRM workflows.
• Experience with Windows computers.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Networking, Wi-Fi, and basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience managing user accounts and cloud apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Organized and able to document systems and processes.
