Job summary

Kozystay in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to support, optimize, and extend our ERP system across departments.

You will collaborate with users and stakeholders, design solutions, test changes, and create user guides while ensuring smooth adoption as the company scales.

This role requires strong knowledge of Odoo 18+, Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), and excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Odoo support ticketing system
• Conduct system design discussions, timeline planning, and feature development with users and stakeholders
• Execute and resolve minor system tasks, adjustments, troubleshooting, and functional support
• Perform application testing and system integration validation
• Develop and maintain user guidebooks, SOPs, and system documentation for Odoo usage
• Support continuous system improvement through feedback analysis, issue resolution, and process optimization
• Gather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and enhancements
• Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems

Kozystay is a fast-growing hospitality technology start-up focused on the short-term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc.) for the next generation of guests. We provide premium end-to-end property management, using technology to streamline operations and deliver better guest experiences.

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Jakarta office (full WFO). This role is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing the company’s Odoo ERP system to ensure smooth business operations across departments. You will work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs, provide functional solutions, and support continuous system improvements as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Odoo support ticketing system
• Conduct system design discussions, timeline planning, and feature development with users and stakeholders
• Execute and resolve minor system tasks, adjustments, troubleshooting, and functional support
• Perform application testing and system integration validation
• Develop and maintain user guidebooks, SOPs, and system documentation for Odoo usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role
• Strong experience with Odoo software, especially Odoo 18 and above
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business applications
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Ability to create flowcharts, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process diagrams, and user manuals
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Odoo-related issues
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams
• Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta
