Job summary

Kozystay, Jakarta-based hospitality tech startup, is seeking an Admin General Maintenance – Operations to support day‑to‑day maintenance operations and admin tasks. This role involves managing Work Orders, preparing routine reports, and coordinating with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in maintenance/operations admin, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3, preferably in Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance Administration, Operations Administration, or a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Work Order (WO) systems or maintenance management platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and documentation accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor General Maintenance Work Orders (WO) through Operto, including WO status, technician reports, completion updates, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly General Maintenance reports, including WO performance, productivity, SLA, and outstanding jobs.
• Handle General Maintenance invoice administration, including checking invoice details and completeness of supporting documents.
• Monitor and maintain records of material, spare parts, and tools used for General Maintenance activities.
• Organize and maintain maintenance-related documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and administrative processes.
• Support other administrative tasks related to General Maintenance and Operations as required.
