Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant workshop operations experience, including supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Understanding of mining/heavy equipment maintenance practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality rebuild and repair activities.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, and job schedules to achieve productivity and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvements in workshop performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Track workshop KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide operational reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop workshop personnel while managing performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Monitor workshop costs, labor utilization, inventory, and invoicing to support profitability.
