Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above required; 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing sites larger than 4000 sqm
• Familiar with administrative logistics operations and management
• Proficient in common office software

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy
• Engage with guests, employees, and stakeholders
• Imbed a culture of empowerment, engagement, and fulfilment in the FM team
• Work with space management through data analytics
• Develop client support/feedback initiatives and lead stakeholder meetings
• Lead internal communications to improve culture and engagement
• Ensure monthly performance reports and SLA adherence
• Review monthly financial reports and variances
