Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs.
• Strong track record of HSE management within Operational Management systems for corporate clients.
• Experience managing HSSE for multiple sites across major markets.
• Recognized Professional HSSE qualifications (K3 Umum preferred).
• Experience in management system development, implementation and auditing.
• Familiar with critical environment management and risk control.
• Agile leadership with stakeholder management and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSSE strategic objectives and ensure operational relevance.
• Manage and reduce operational risks via guidance on HSSE risk management.
• Provide technical HSSE advice and monitor regulatory changes.
• Maintain knowledge of current legislation and compliance.
• Identify improvements and support cost-effective HSSE risk controls.
• Ensure risk assessments align with legal requirements.
• Manage HSSE incident and accident investigations.
• Support HSSE communication plans within Indonesia.
