Job summary

Shopee in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to support daily workforce fulfillment across the facility. You will help ensure staffing targets are met, coordinate with third-party vendors, and validate worker information for accurate deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in workforce or warehouse operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1–2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or related operational role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured work environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
