• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Willing to be placed in Palembang.

Mansioni

• Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
• Coordinate manpower requests with third‑party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
• Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor workforce fulfillment and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct onboarding and training for Daily Workers.
• Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
