Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Operations professional to ensure daily workforce fulfillment and coordinate with third-party vendors in Jakarta. The role focuses on maintaining adequate manpower supply and deploying workers accurately for operational tasks.

You will onboard and train daily workers, evaluate training outcomes, and manage access for qualified staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
• Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
• Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
• Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
• Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
