Job summary

TP is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to forecast and schedule staffing, monitor real-time performance, and analyze workforce data to drive actionable reports. The role partners with Operations to boost productivity and service levels while ensuring WFM tools and data are accurate and up to date.

Candidates must speak English, work shifts, and be ready to join ASAP at TP sites in Bali, Yogyakarta, or Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or higher required.
• Experience with Genesys Satellite or Genesys Experience is a plus.
• Understands workforce management and real-time processes like forecasting and scheduling.
• Comfortable with numbers and data.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to work shifts.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Will be placed at TP sites (Bali, Yogyakarta or Jakarta).
• Advanced Excel skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Forecasting and scheduling to make sure operations are always well-staffed
• Monitoring real time performance and making quick adjustments when needed
• Analyzing workforce data and creating reports with actionable insights
• Partnering with Operations teams to improve productivity and service levels
• Keeping WFM tools, reports, and data accurate and up to date

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a Diploma (D3) degree or higher
• Has experience with Genesys Satellite or Genesys Experience (this is a plus!)
• Understands Workforce Management and RTA processes like forecasting, scheduling, and real time management
• Is comfortable working with numbers and data
• Can communicate well in English (written & spoken)
• Is open to working in shifts
• Can join ASAP
• Willing to be placed at TP site (Bali, Yogyakarta or Jakarta site)
• Advance skill for Microsoft Excel operations.
