GoTo Group is seeking an experienced HRIS & People Analytics Manager to lead the configuration and support of the Workday HCM system, covering Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management. You will partner with HR and IT to optimize HR processes and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

You will manage security, integrations, EIBs, and custom reports while driving change management and user training across the organization in Jakarta and surrounding

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–8 years hands-on Workday experience in HCM.
• Strong expertise in Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
• Proficiency with Workday security, integrations, calculated fields and EIBs.
• Current Workday HCM certification preferred; other Workday certs a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate technical config to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree in HR/IT/Business Administration required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead configuration and management of Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Comp, Talent).
• Define absence plans and regulatory compliance; manage accruals and leaves.
• Configure complex compensation programs and annual reviews.
• Oversee Talent Management configurations, succession planning, optimization.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Analyze HR processes and implement automation and self-service.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive system improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Maintain documentation; support training materials for end-users.
• Monitor bi-annual Workday releases and advise on new features.
