Job summary

Alchemy Vegan Restaurant in Bali is seeking a friendly, energetic Shopkeeper to join our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience while promoting premium vegan products with confidence.

You will welcome customers, recommend products, hit sales targets, manage stock, handle POS transactions, and work with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless visit for guests from around the world. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken English (required).
• Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and professional appearance.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of healthy lifestyle or vegan products is an advantage.
