Job summary

Reload Sanctuary in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Wellness Retail Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, assist guests in selecting wellness products, and maintain a visually appealing retail area that reflects premium standards.

You will promote campaigns, stay informed about product benefits, process sales at the POS, manage stock levels, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Reception, Wellness, and Operations teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or degree preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional retail experience.
• Assist guests in selecting wellness products and related items.
• Understand guest needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote campaigns, new product launches, and offers.
• Support achievement of retail targets and department goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately through POS.
• Maintain organized, attractive displays and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with Reception, Wellness, and Operations teams to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance and maintain records.
