Job summary

Potato Head Group wellbeing division seeks a proactive operations leader to build and run systems that keep Merasa, Spa and the farmacy operating smoothly, to a high standard. You will manage several priorities, find practical solutions when plans change, and collaborate with Finance, Front Office and other teams to maintain a premium guest experience.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in health or related field and 3–5 years in wellbeing programme management, with a strong commercial mind

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field as specified.
• 3-5 years of experience in wellbeing programme management, health promotion or related operations.
• Strong commercial understanding including P&L management, budgeting, revenue performance and operational planning.
• Experience leading teams, managing external partners and delivering wellbeing programmes from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Merasa, Spa and (farmacy), maintaining service quality, safety and a consistent guest experience
• Manage revenue, P&L and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve pricing, packages, session participation and cost efficiency
• Bring new wellbeing programmes into operation, coordinating staffing, schedules, resources and launches across the three outlets Lead and develop the wellbeing team, manage facilitator and vendor agreements
• Work with other departments to improve performance

Education

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Wellbeing, Public Health, Business Administration or a related field
