About The Job

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold cleanliness, safety and service standards across the property. This is a supervisory role, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, at the intersection of operational coordination, quality assurance, team development and guest experience.

A major part of the role is ensuring that every space is clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for our guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor will guide the team through each shift, inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, and coordinate with other departments to maintain consistent standards throughout the Desa.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, coordinating staffing, cleaning schedules and task allocation to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, following up on cleanliness and maintenance needs with Engineering, Front Office and Service Center.
• Lead, coach and train housekeeping attendants on standard operating procedures, LQA standards, product knowledge and property information.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment and oversee the safe use of cleaning chemicals, guest supplies and housekeeping equipment.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards, ensuring equipment is correctly stored and the team follows safe working practices.

What You Bring

• At least two years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory position within a high-end property.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills, with the ability to organise teams and guide daily operations.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping standards, quality inspections, shift planning, inventory management and health and safety requirements.
• A hands-on and adaptable approach, with close attention to detail and confidence addressing operational needs across departments.
