Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality seeks a Welcome Ambassador to greet guests at MONOLOCALE RESORT in Seminyak, delivering exceptional service and handling inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of hospitality or customer service experience, a relevant educational background, and strong communication skills in English. This is a full-time role based at the resort with a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, or a similar role advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems, are an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
