Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and targets.
• Identify and develop new customers across industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, power generation, petrochemical, mining, and pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek repeat business and upselling.
• Understand customer water treatment requirements and recommend suitable solutions, products, and services.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales contracts in coordination with technical and management teams.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, quotations, and project opportunities through to order closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and sales activity reports.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, margins, and KPIs.
