You will collaborate with engineers, manage multisite bids, and negotiate terms while traveling 25-40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field with exposure to water/wastewater projects.
• Experience: 5-10 years in water project sales, EPC, or project engineering in municipal sector.
• Strong tender and proposal development skills; ability to present to clients.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English for local and international communication.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market mapping for Water/WTP/WWTP projects in Indonesia.
• Coordinate with engineering for conceptual plant design and technology selection.
• Manage tender processes: drafting proposals, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Analyze client requirements for technical feasibility and cost estimation.
• Work with core engineering to develop competitive EPC solutions.
