Job summary

PT Electrolux Indonesia is seeking a Service Operations Manager for the Water Heater product line to lead after-sales service operations. You will focus on technical support, service quality, and field performance while driving training initiatives and customer satisfaction.

The role involves developing technical capabilities, managing service networks, and implementing continuous improvement to maximize consumer experience and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in After-Sales Service, Technical Support or related roles.
• Experience at Manager/Assistant Manager level preferred in service operations or customer service.
• Strong training, coaching and presentation skills; able to develop technical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee After Sales Service operations for Water Heater product category to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to field technicians and service partners; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop training modules, guidelines and bulletins to uplift service capabilities across network.
• Manage service systems/databases and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Travel as required for audits, field support and training activities.
