Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any major.
• 5+ years experience in customer service management or service operations.
• Experience in electronics is preferred.
• Strong managerial skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Service Network in Indonesia, direct and indirect channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and operation of Service Centers based on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure activities at Service Centers align with SOPs and process standards.
• Manage VOC & VOD programs and countermeasure initiatives.
• Lead and mentor technicians and support staff to meet targets.
