Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor
• Proven selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant
• Willing to work in Jabotabek area when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
• Manage and coach the team into building sustainable performance.
• Client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
• Build the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.
• Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo.
