Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to ensure strict Safety and 5S standards across the warehouse. You will monitor daily operations, optimize workflow efficiency, and manage manpower allocation to maintain throughput.

You will oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes, maintain WMS accuracy, and resolve floor issues promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and escalation to the Supervisor when needed are required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school).
• At least 1 year in logistics or fulfillment roles.
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting: MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience operating/workflows in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work rotating shifts as required by city operations.
• Strong leadership to manage both small and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce strict Safety and 5S workplace practices in the warehouse.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage manpower allocation to optimize productivity and throughput.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain accuracy of the WMS and warehouse flows.
• Handle operational issues, bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues to the Supervisor.
