Shopee Indonesia in Yogyakarta is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to enforce Safety and 5S across the warehouse and drive efficient workflow. You will monitor daily operations, allocate manpower, oversee inbound/outbound/inventory, ensure WMS accuracy, address issues promptly, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while escalating critical matters to the Supervisor.

Rotating shifts are required; we welcome candidates with a strong leadership track record in logistics.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or fulfillment.
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools (MS Office and Google Workspace).
• Experience operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work rotating shifts as needed in the city.
• Strong leadership to guide both small and large teams.

Responsabilités

• Implement and enforce strict Safety and 5S practices across the warehouse area.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency and performance accuracy.
• Manage manpower allocation dynamically to ensure optimal productivity.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
• Control system accuracy and warehouse flows using the WMS.
• Handle operational issues, bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate critical issues to the Supervisor.
