• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows (Inbound/Outbound/Inventory).
• Experience managing schedules, manpower planning, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Proficient with WMS and Excel/Spreadsheets for reporting.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.
