Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage and distribution of materials in Purwakarta. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with procurement, planning and logistics, and lead warehouse staff in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in warehouse ops with 2+ years in supervision, plus strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably paper/pulp.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material handling.
• Familiar with GR/GI, stock transfers and returns.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.

Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock accuracy through regular stock opname, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

Monitor and control warehouse transactions, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and material returns.

Ensure proper warehouse layout, material identification, labeling, storage practices, and FIFO/FEFO implementation where applicable.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Planning, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability and smooth warehouse operations.

Monitor inventory levels, minimum and maximum stock, and material movement to prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of raw materials, spare parts, chemicals, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory reports, and other operational records.

Ensure warehouse equipment, forklifts, and material handling equipment are properly maintained and operated safely.

Implement and maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety standards, and warehouse operational procedures.

Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably paper manufacturing, pulp and paper, or a similar industrial environment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, material handling, and stock reconciliation.

Proven experience in managing raw materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Good understanding of warehouse documentation and inventory transactions, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfer, and material return.

Familiar with FIFO/FEFO principles, cycle counting, stock opname, and inventory accuracy control.

Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of warehouse layout optimization, 5S, and material storage management.

Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements, including safe operation of material handling equipment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Production, Planning, Quality Control, and Logistics.
