Job summary

Kay Collection is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee outbound operations in our Jakarta facility. You will manage picking, packing, loading, and order fulfillment for both store and e‑commerce channels.

You will lead a warehouse team, ensure stock accuracy and FIFO/FEFO compliance, and collaborate across Inventory, Store Ops, E‑Commerce, and Logistics functions. A degree in logistics or related field and 3+ years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
3+ years as Warehouse Supervisor/Leader, with retail experience.
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or E-Commerce retail is a plus.
Proven ability to lead outbound processes and inventory control.

Supervise outbound warehouse operations including picking, checking, packing, sorting, and loading.
Ensure orders for store and e‑commerce are processed accurately and on time.
Arrange and monitor team performance and task allocation in warehouse.
Ensure stock accuracy, product condition, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Leader with mandatory experience in Retail company

Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or E-Commerce Retail is a plus

Understand outbound processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment

Experienced in leading and managing warehouse team

Proficient in WMS/ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

Able to work with targets in a fast-paced work environment
