Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Sulawesi. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient logistics workflows at the Sulawesi site.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in warehouse or logistics, and strong English; Mandarin is a plus. You will coordinate with internal teams and handle overtime as needed, reporting to a designated site lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field.
• Must proficient in English, both spoken and written; Mandarin is preferred.
• Willing to follow overtime arrangements when required.
• Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
