Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a Process Improvement & Operations Excellence specialist to support warehouse IT operations on-site in Jakarta and Tangerang. You will work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth system usage and process adherence.

Collaborate with Engineering/Product on onboarding new warehouses and features, identify recurring issues, and help roll out SOPs. Requires 1+ year in IT/warehouse ops and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in IT/IS/engineering/logistics.
• At least 1 year in IT support or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of PO to DO processes.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiar with data flows and system structures (WMS/OMS/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for warehouse operations on system usage, processes, and errors.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product on new integrations and onboarding.
• Identify recurring system issues and perform basic root-cause analysis.
• Assist in implementing new SOPs or systems for warehouse users.
• Summarize user requests for the technology team.
• Contribute to process and system improvements from field observations.
