Job summary

PT HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a warehouse/logistics specialist in Tangerang to ensure accurate, safe, and timely handling of goods in our warehouse.

You will receive, inspect, and record inbound shipments, perform cycle counts, and maintain organized storage. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, coordinate with carriers, and ensure compliance with safety and regulations. Indonesian operations require strong Excel skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; bachelor’s degree may be an advantage.
• 2–3 years experience; fresh graduates with strong knowledge welcome.
• Proficient in inventory control techniques including FIFO and cycle counting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze logistics data in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; organize inventory; conduct cycle counts and reconcile with WMS.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders; generate shipping labels and packing slips; ensure on-time dispatch.
• Coordinate with freight carriers; track shipments; prepare shipping documents and negotiate rates.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse; operate forklifts (certification may be required); follow safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
